Mark and Heather Stevenson, who have lived in Southern California for the last thirteen years, have extensively studied the trends of the Southern California market and become an expert in the full spectrum of marketing avenues. Heather is our social media expert, allowing us to stay at the top of the latest trends in order to sell your home quickly. Assisting with buying and selling homes is just one way that the Stevenson Team helps people realize their goals. Mark is passionate about making sure he knows what homes are available, pricing trends, and finding the perfect home for his clients. With his market knowledge and Heather’s expert negotiating skills, they are truly a dynamic duo!
Within our team we have 3 agents that are all licensed REALTORS® from buyers agents, to sellers agents in addition to a full time Transaction Manager. We also have our own graphic artist on staff to make sure our marketing collateral highlights our properties the best way possible!

Christina “C.J.” Clark
REALTOR® & Transaction Manager
Christina has lived in Riverside for the past twelve years and has an extensive background in Sales and Customer Service Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. The move to real estate came in 2009, and that’s where she found her true passion. She loves working with her clients as well those of the whole team. She is an expert in negotiations, marketing, understanding market trends. As the Transaction Manager for the whole team, she will make sure that the stress of purchasing or selling a homes is minimized by walking our clients through every step of the transaction. She also handles all of the paperwork on our transactions, making sure that our clients are properly disclosed and protected. ” Our clients and our team are the best part of the business for me. Christina a big sports fan who also enjoys cooking and entertaining; the beach and Disneyland are among her favorite destinations. Also topping her list of extracurricular activities are attending concerts and restoring antique furniture that she finds at flea markets and garage sales. Of course, when she’s not in the office or showing properties, the biggest part of her world is her family…Christina lives in Riverside with her husband and two teenagers.
Executive Operations Coordinator
Kristy Magarian, wife, mother of two, business woman. Kristy has worked for Wells Fargo as a Customer Service Manager for over 10 years and is currently transitioning to becoming a work at home mom. Passionate about organization, attention to detail, learning new things, and getting to know people, she is enthusiastic about her new role as a Executive Operations Coordinator where she gets to put those passions to good use.
Kristy loves to be involved in her community. She has a huge heart for volunteering and has logged a minimum of 100 personal volunteer hours a year over the last 7 years. This desire for volunteer work began while she was finishing up her Bachelor’s Degree at Cal State Fullerton in 2009. What started out as a class project, at a local food bank, sparked a need to find volunteer opportunities regularly.
Kristy enjoys family dinners at home and, with her little ones in mind, tries to use organic options as often as possible… not to say she doesn’t indulge in junk food every once in a while, especially chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough ice cream. Although Kristy may seem average to most, she does have a superpower – she has mastered having 2 kids under 2
